核壳结构介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子的合成与表征

摘要 采用改善条件后的St?ber法合成出了表面光滑、平均粒径在160 nm纳米的二氧化硅微球。以模板法在二氧化硅微球表面成功包裹了介孔二氧化硅壳层,并对核壳介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子进行了表征。分析结果表面,核壳介孔二氧化硅纳米粒子的平均粒径为200 nm,比表面积达556 m2/g,介孔孔径2.9 nm,孔径分布均匀,介孔隧道40 nm。合成材料具有较大的表面积和完美的光谱特性,方便后期进行改性以及应用。 In the present paper, a core- siiel structured mesoporous nanocomposite was constructed andthe inner core is synthesized by improved Stober method. The mesoporous nanocomer shel were composed of silicon dioxide nanosj^ here( mean diameter is 160 nm) and mesoporous silica, resj^ ec- tively. This nanocomposite was characterized and confirmed by IR spectra, eadsorption experiment. The results indicate that the core - shell mesoporous nanocomposite consists of silicashel,and its mean diameter is as wide as 200 nm, the pore sizes of mesoporous about 2. 9 nm diameter and the tunnel length about 40 nm,and specific surface area is determined as 556 m2/g. Tnanocomposite has a larger surface area and perfect spectral characteristic and is convenient to modify and ap-ply later.
