高校思想政治理论课基于OBE教学理念的改革有效性研究

Research on the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Theory Course Reform Based on OBE Teaching Philosophy

OBE教学理念下的思想政治理论课教学有效性是指:以"让思想政治理论课教学客体成为德才兼备,全面发展的人才"的教学成果为导向,有效地组织教学、有效地验证教学以及有效地反思教学,确保思想政治理论课教学主体、客体、手段以及过程的有效性。基于OBE教学理念,高校思想政治理论课有效性改革的方向为:一是确立明晰的高校思想政治理论课教学目标,增强教学目标的有效性;二是以成果为导向,逆向科学设计教学内容,提高教学内容的有效性;三是以思想政治理论课教学客体为核心,灵活运用教学方式、教学手段,提升其有效性;四是建构科学合理有效之教学评价体系,提高教学反思的有效性。

The effectiveness of the Ideological and Political Theory course under the OBE teaching concept refers to the guidance of the teaching achievements, ettective teaching organization, ettective teaching verification and eitective reflection of teaching, which ensuring the eitectiveness of teaching subjects, objects, means and processes of Ideological and Political education. In order to ultimately achieve the effectiveness of the whole teaching reform of the Ideological and Political Theory course in colleges and universities, the following are suggested. First, establish clear teaching objectives ; second, reverse scientific design of teaching content;third, flexibly use the teaching methods and teaching means; tourth, build a scientific and effective teaching evaluation system.
