湘南新型城镇化过程中建设用地监测

Monitoring of Construction Land During the New Urbanization Process in Southern Hunan

本文以湘南地区15个典型县(市、区)作为研究区,收集、整理、制作研究区内影像数据、土地利用数据、地理国情监测数据、社会经济等数据,从建设用地空间分布、扩展形态、城镇化扩展效益等方面对监测区内城乡建设用地与城市建设用地进行监测分析,为今后湘南地区新型城镇化建设提供科学、合理的依据。

This paper took 15 typical counties （cities and districts） in southern Hunan as the research area, and collected, collated and produced the data of image data, land use data, geographical situation monitoring data, social economy and other data in the research area. Then this paper carried out the monitoring and analysis of urban construction land and urban construction land in the monitoring area from the aspects of the spatial 出stribution of constmction land, the expands and the efficiency of urbanization.
