安徽省城乡协调发展水平测度及时空分异

Coordinated Development Level Measurement and Space-time Differentiation of Urban and Rural in Anhui Province

从系统科学角度出发,基于城镇与农村两个子系统,构建全面衡量城乡协调发展水平的指标体系,并对安徽省城乡发展进行实证分析。结果表明:城镇群内部及农村群内部的综合发展水平差距逐渐拉大,且城镇群的表现尤为明显;各市城乡综合发展水平差别较大,既有处于较高水平城乡均衡发展的城市,也有处于低水平城乡均衡发展阶段的城市,甚至还出现了城乡极化发展的城市;各市城乡协调发展水平整体不高且空间差异显著,但总体趋好,呈现梯度递增变化。城乡协调分项指标处于上升趋势,但城乡经济发展及社会服务的协调发展水平相对较低,是造成安徽省城乡协调发展水平区域差异的主要因素。

From the perspective of system science,based on the two sub-systems of urban and rural areas,an indicator system to comprehensively measure the coordinated development level of urban and rural areas will be constructed,and an empirical analysis will be made of the urban and rural development of Anhui Province.The results show that the gap between the comprehensive development level within the urban and rural areas has gradually widened,and the performance of the urban groups has been particularly evident.The comprehensive development level of urban and rural areas in each city is quite different.There are cities with a high level of balanced urban and rural development,and cities with a low level of balanced development between urban and rural areas.There have even been cities where urban and rural development has been polarized.The overall level of coordinated urban-rural development in each city was not high and the spatial differences were evident,but the overall trend was good,showing an increasing gradient.The urban and rural coordination sub-indexes are on the rise,but the coordinated development level of urban and rural economic development and social services is relatively low,which is the main factor that causes regional differences in the coordinated development level of urban and rural areas in Anhui.
