摘要
对于公立医院来说,员工的专业水平有着至关重要的作用。公立医院在员工培训方面存在内容缺乏计划性、针对性等问题。应通过合理的员工培训需求分析,建立科学合理的培训课程体系,组建优良的讲师队伍,加强对培训结果的评估,从而提高培训效果。
For public hospital,the professional level of staff members plays vital role.The problems existing in the training of staff members are such as lacking plan and pertinence,etc.We should,through reasonable analysis of staff members demands,construct scientific and reasonable training course system,organize excellent instructor team,and strengthen the evaluation of training results to promote training results.
