This paper briefly expounds the definition, type and basic characteristics of project contract management of constructionunit, and analyzes the existing problems of project contract management of construction units, including the lack of contract awareness,unsound management system and low level of informationization, to further strengthen the contract awareness. From the perspectives of strictimplementation of contract management documents, implementation of whole process control, and scientific disposition of contract disputes,the effective strategy of project contract management of construction unit is discussed, aiming at maintaining the comprehensive benefits ofconstruction unit projects, and for reference by relevant personnel.
