摘要
进一步做好大数据统计学习、完善以及预测工作,完成数据驱动决策目标,是目前管理科学和系统工程需要解决的重点问题。为了能够让数据理论方法运用到工程项目管理中,文章论述了"数据驱动决策"的价值链,随后创建数据驱动视角下的工程管理项目中的三维结构模型,指出时间维、领域维与方法维,扩大数据技术在工程项目管理中的应用范围。
It is the key issue that needs to be solved in management science and system engineering to do well the learning,improvement and forecasting of big data statistics and accomplish the goal of data-driven decision-making. In order to enable theapplication of data theory methods to project management, the article discusses the value chain of "data-driven decision-making", creates athree-dimensional structural model in the project management project from the perspective of data-driven, and then points out the timedimension, domain dimension and method dimension to expand the application scope of data technology in project management.
