从“外卖点餐”到高校图书馆开展“图书代借配送”服务——以三峡大学图书馆为例

摘要 本文从高校普遍存在的"外卖点餐"服务联想到在图书馆开展"图书代借配送"个性化服务。三峡大学图书馆自2015年开始,坚持不懈地开展针对主校区教师读者的图书代借配送服务。此项工作的开展,延伸了图书馆服务的内涵,受到了读者的好评。本文较详细介绍了图书馆开展该项服务的做法、困难、取得的成效,感想与体会及今后努力的方向。 This article associates the "ordering meal by take-out" service that is prevalent in colleges and universities whith thepersonalized service of "delivery of borrowed books" in the library. Since 2015, the China Three Gorges University Library has been workingtirelessly to carry out book delivery services for teachers of the main campus. The development of this work has extended the connotation oflibrary services and has been well received by readers. This article describes in more detail the practices, difficulties, achievements, feelingsand experiences of the library in carrying out the service, and the direction of future efforts.
