摘要 随着宜昌市的逐渐发展,其中小餐饮企业的数量也逐渐增多。根据访谈和问卷调查,了解到宜昌市中小餐饮企业存在采购效率低、成本高和配送水平低和补货不及时等现状和问题。对此,为了更好地为中小餐饮企业的原材料采购服务,文章提出通过构建电子商务采购平台,整合餐饮原材料供需双方的资源,创造更高服务水平的同城配送模式。 With the development of Yichang city, the number of small and medium-sized catering enterprises gradually increased. Theinterviews and questionnaires show that there is a low efficiency and high cost of procurement, and low-level distribution and not replenishin time of small and medium-sized catering enterprises. In order to serve their procurement of raw materials better, it is necessary to buildan e-commerce procurement platform, integrate resources of both demanders and suppliers, optimize the distribution and propose a samecity distribution model with higher service level.
