摘要
通过对地铁单洞单线隧道整体道床普遍采用的轨排推进法施工工艺的研究,提出了在隧道底板上铺设正式轨排,作为轨道平板车运输的临时轨道,由远及近浇筑道床混凝土的新方法,即逆作法;并研发了轨行式混凝土泵管托架、轨行式三点布料漏斗、临时砂枕等实用工装,有效地解决了狭小空间物流组织困难、易损伤未达龄期道床、施工工效低、作业环境差、产生垃圾多等以往轨排推进法施工中存在的不足,在单线单洞隧道整体道床施工领域具有一定的推广价值,亦可用于高速铁路、轻轨等物流组织困难地段的施工。
Through the study of the construction technology of the track pushing method commonly used in the monolithic track bed ofthe single hole single track tunnel of the subway, this paper puts forward a new method for the construction of a temporary track for thetransportation of a track plate vehicle, which is a new method of building the concrete of the track bed from far and near, that is, thereversed construction method. The practical tooling of rail type concrete pump tube bracket, rail line type three point cloth funnel andtemporary sand pillow has been developed, which effectively solved the shortcomings in the construction of narrow space logisticsorganization, easily damaged unage bed, low construction efficiency, poor working environment and more garbage. It has certainpopularization value in the construction of monolithic track bed for single track and single tunnel, it can also be used for the construction ofthe difficult parts of the logistics organization of high-speed railway and light rail.
