Due to the characteristics of the smart meter prepaid system, the selected fee control strategyincludes the arrears stop electronic strategy, the reminder warning reminder sub-strategy and the billing sub-strategy, which can effectivelyavoid the occurrence of stealing accidents. This paper makes an objective exposition of the smart meter prepaid system fee control, andseeks a reasonable cost control strategy to promote the development of modern power industry.
