摘要
为响应我国高职院校对社会输送高素质人才的需求,国家对高职院校的招生工作采取了单招与统招相结合的方式,为高职院校的人才培养模式改革开辟了新的路径。然而,单独招生政策的出台,也使得单招生与统招生在学习中的差异性问题暴露出来。本文以高职管理类专业为例,基于SPSS对单招与统招学生的差异性进行了研究,希望通过找出单独招生政策及统招政策存在的优势和问题,使高职院校在人才培养方面取得更好的成效。
In response to the needs of higher vocational colleges for delivering high-quality talents to our society, the government hasadopted the combination of single and unified recruitment to recruit students in higher vocational colleges, which has opened another wayfor the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges. However, the introduction of the policy of individual enrollment also exposes thedifferences between single enrollment and unified enrollment in learning. This paper takes the management specialty of higher vocationaleducation as an example, based on the SPSS method, studies the difference between the single enrollment policy and the unified enrollmentpolicy, hoping to find out the advantages and problems of the individual enrollment policy and the unified enrollment policy. So that highervocational colleges in the training of talents can achieve better results.
