智慧旅游背景下江门民宿平台研究与创建

Research and Creation of Jiangmen Minshuku Platform under the Background of Smart Tourism

本项目以广东省江门市为案例地,运用文献阅读法、问卷调查法、实地访谈等研究方法,了解江门地区民宿状况和客户市场需求,进而从民宿产品销售、平台交流互动以及平台市场营销三个方面来构建一个基于江门地区民宿产品销售以及用户交流的综合性创新平台。通过江门智慧民宿平台的构建,将在一定程度会带动江门地区民宿业的旅游住宿经济的发展并满足游客对于民宿产品的多元化需求。

This project takes Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province as a case study, uses literature reading methods, questionnaire survey methods, field interviews and other research methods to understand the situation of Minshuku in Jiangmen area and customer market demand, and then builds a comprehensive innovation platform based on Minshuku product sales and user communication in Jiangmen area from hotel product sales, platform exchange and platform market. Through the construction of Jiangmen Wisdom Minshuku platform, it will promote the development of tourism accommodation economy in Jiangmen area and meet the diversified needs of tourists.
