摘要
随着我国电力系统体质改革的深入,输变电工程成为电网建设的重要环节,直接关系着电网的稳定运行,因此,对输变电项目采取项目后评价尤为重要,通过对输变电项目全过程的评价,找出项目建设中存在的不足及客观规律,加以改善,解决施工过程中规划不科学、投资成本高,建设工期长等问题,从而为后续的输变电项目提供科学、可靠的参考依据。因此,本文结合输变电工程的特变,对输变电项目后评价的内容及方法进行探究。
With the deepening of the physical system reform in China’s power system, power transmission and transformation projects have become an important part of power grid construction and is directly related to the stable operation of the power grid. Therefore, it is especially important to adopt post-project evaluation for power transmission and transformation projects. It is necessary to evaluate the whole process of the project, identify the deficiencies and objective laws in the project construction, improve them, and solve the problems of unscientific planning, high investment cost and long construction period in the construction process, so as to provide scientific and reliable reference for the subsequent power transmission and transformation projects. Therefore, this paper, combining the special changes of power transmission and transformation projects, explores the content and methods of post-evaluation of power transmission and transformation projects.
