摘要
摘随着中国经济的快速发展和城市化的加速,房地产市场的扩张导致了目前商品房的高价格,房地产价格上涨速度过快,使得居民的有限购买力无法支付高额的住房费用,政府对此制定了多层次的保障性住房政策,以用来解决改善其住房难的问题。保障性住房在解决中低收入家庭的住房困难方面发挥了作用。然而,实施过程中出现了许多问题。在这个阶段,分配何种形式的保障性住房是合理的,哪种形式的保障性住房是迫切需要的。因此,真正解决被保障群体的住房问题需要被探讨。
The economy of our country has been developing sharply accompanied by the enhanced advancement of urbanization, which has leaded to the inflate development of the real estate market. The residents’ limited purchase ability cannot afford the high housing expense as the housing price at the present stage is caused to be over high and to rise over fast. In consideration thereof, the government has formulated multilevel policy subject to affordable housing so as to figure out and improve the problem of housing difficulty. There has been certain effect expressed on solution of the housing difficulty subject to the family with middle-low income. However, at the same time,there have been many problems emerging during the process of implement. The survey and evaluation of this essay through the perspective of demand shows that how to assign varied kinds of affordable housing construction is reasonable, and which sorts of affordable housing are leadership and demanded immediately, so that the housing problem of social groups ensured can be figured out absolutely.
