Oil and Gas Recovery Analysis and Economic Evaluation of Oil Storage Stations in Beijing Oil Depot

油品尤其是汽油由于蒸发作用不仅会造成油品损耗、质量降低从而影响企业的经济效益,而且还会由于蒸发的油气污染环境、危害人体健康,造成安全隐患。解决这些问题的一个有效途径就是使用油气回收技术,把蒸发的油品蒸汽收集起来,经过回收装置的整合处理,重新制成石油产品的过程。本文对北京市油库和加油站目前的油气回收系统做了比较分析,并对油气回收装置的经济性进行了分析,给出了油库和加油站油气回收的建议方法和方案。

Oil products, especially gasoline, not only cause oil loss and quality degradation due to evaporation, but also affect the economic benefits of enterprises. Moreover, oily oils pollute the environment and endanger human health, posing a safety hazard. An effective way to solve these problems is to use oil and gas recovery technology to collect the vaporized vapor of the oil and re-form it into a petroleum product through the integration process of the recovery unit. This paper compares and analyzes the current oil and gas recovery system of oil depots and gas stations in Beijing, and analyzes the economics of oil and gas recovery devices. The proposed methods and schemes for oil and gas recovery in oil depots and gas stations are given.
