摘要 为提高矿工安全生产效率,深层次探索组织文化、矿工满意度、安全绩效三者之间的关系,本文以405份煤矿企业矿工问卷数据为样本,采用解释结构模型方法验证理论假设。结果表明:组织文化对矿工满意度、安全绩效有正向影响关系,并通过矿工满意度间接影响安全绩效。科层型、创新型和支持型这三种不同类型的组织文化对矿工满意度有复杂的关系作用,科层型文化正向作用于安全服从绩效,创新型和支持型文化正向作用于安全参与绩效。 In order to improve the safety production efficiency of miners and explore the relationship between organizational culture,miners’ satisfaction and safety performance, this paper takes 405 coal miners’ questionnaire data as samples and uses the explanatory structural model method to verify the theoretical hypothesis. The results show that organizational culture has a positive impact on miners’ satisfaction and safety performance, and indirectly affects safety performance through miner satisfaction. The three different types of organizational cultures, such as bureaucracy, innovation and support, have a complex relationship with the satisfaction of miners. The bureaucratic culture is positively acting on safety compliance performance, and the innovative and supportive cultures are positively acting on security participating performance.
