摘要
当前,随着全球能源危机加剧,清洁可持续能源占全球能源体系比重越来越大。光伏板作为清洁能源的代表之一,得到广泛应用。由于积灰对光伏板光电效率转换影响极大,设计光伏板清洁装置显得极为重要。清洁装置的设计以结构简单、性价比高为原则,实现对板的定期清洁,降低积灰影响,主要分为两部分。清洁的结构模型设计:框架结构设计、回收槽、喷头位置可调部分及电池板安装倾角、高度可调部分;喷头位置角度模拟计算:建立模型优化喷头位置,用较少的喷头实现较的喷淋效果。
At present, as the global energy crisis intensifies, clean, sustainable energy accounts for a growing proportion of the global energy system. As one of the representatives of clean energy, photovoltaic panels have been widely used. Because of the great influence of ash deposition on the photoelectric efficiency conversion of photovoltaic panels, it is very important to design the photovoltaic panel cleaning device. The design of the cleaning device with simple structure and high cost as the principle, implementation of regular cleaning of plate,reduce the fouling effect, mainly divided into two parts: the design of the structure model of frame structure design: clean, recovery tank,nozzle position adjustable parts and panels installation angle, height adjustable nozzle position angle; simulation: experimental data to establish the model of optimization of spray nozzle position, with less effect than the nozzle.
