高校大学生手机使用与依赖情况调查及应对措施研究

Research on the Situation of Mobile Phone Use and Dependence of College Students and the Countermeasures

大学是学生成长和成才的关键期,但大学新生与其个人习惯尤其是在手机使用方面都面临诸多问题。在对学生使用手机的情况进行问卷调查后,围绕学生依赖手机的问题,从积极合理引导,培养兴趣爱好,树立实干意识,发扬自律精神四个方面入手提出建议,供广大高校管理者和教师参考。

University period is a critical period for students, and college freshmen face many problems in their personal habits,especially in the use of mobile phones. After conducting a questionnaire survey on the use of mobile phones by students, we will make suggestions based on four aspects： positive and reasonable guidance, cultivating interest and hobbies, establishing a sense of self-discipline,and promoting self-discipline, for the reference of college administrators and teachers.
