监督抽查作为保障产品质量的重要手段,已越来越受到社会接受和百姓认同。如何体现抽样过程的公平、公正、合法、合规,是企业关心、市民关切的关键问题。如何使用信息化手段使监督抽查的工作更加透明、高效,如何利用物联网、互联网+、智能设备技术为监督抽查工作提供更快、更好、更公正的服务,是本文研究的重点。

As an important means to ensure product quality, supervision and spot checks have been increasingly accepted by the society and recognized by the people. How to reflect the fairness, justice, legality and compliance of the sampling process is a key issue that enterprises and people care about. How to use information technology to make the supervision and spot check work more transparent and efficient, how to use the Internet of Things, Internet ＋, and smart device technology to provide faster, better and more fair services for supervised spot checks is the focus of this paper.
