摘要 随着人们环保意识的增强,人们越来越重视生态环境的保护,也加大了环境保护力度,同时,良好的生态环境对于人们的生活的基础。因此,水利水电工程项目建设过程中,也应该特别重视生态环境保护,经济发展不能以牺牲生态环境为代价。介于此,本文以水利水电工程为出发点,对生态环境影响评价指标体系的建立及评价方法进行了分析研究。 With the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection, people pay more and more attention to the protection of the ecological environment, and also increase the environmental protection. At the same time, a good ecological environment is the basis for people's lives. Therefore, during the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects, special attention should be paid to ecological environmental protection. Economic development cannot be at the expense of the ecological environment. This paper takes the water conservancy and hydropower project as the starting point, and analyzes the establishment and evaluation methods of the eco-environmental impact assessment index system.
