企业财务风险管理的探究

企业财务风险管理是企业风险管理的核心。在企业的经营管理过程中,企业资金的筹集、使用、回收、分配以及管理等各个财务活动中都包含着财务风险。一个企业只有做好财务管理和风险控制才能很好地实现财务管理目标。本文阐述了财务风险的概念和分类,分析了当前财务风险产生的原因,最后提出了一种基于财务管理制度、商业决策机制、风险控制系统、财务人员水平的四位一体企业财务风险管理措施。

Enterprise financial risk management is the core of enterprise risk management. In the process of business management,financial risk is included in all financial activities such as fund procurement, using, reclaiming, allocation and management. Only by doing well financial management and risk control can an enterprise achieve the goal of financial management well. This paper expounds the concept and classification of financial risk, analyzes the reason of current financial risk, and finally puts forward a ＂four-in-one＂ financial risk management measure based on the financial management system, business decision mechanism, risk control system and the level of financial personnel.
