摘要 随着社会的不断进步,这些年来我国中小企业发展十分迅速。现在已经成为促进我国各地区经济良好、快速、不断向前发展的重要力量来源。但是,由于中小企业内部管理不完善的,在现在这个快速发展的时期,我国中小企业想要发展壮大无疑需要面对更多严峻的挑战。本文通过调研考察,了解到了一部分我国中小企业关于人力资源管理的数据报表,对我国中小企业绩效管理存在的问题及原因进行分析,并提出了一些针对性的建议和对策。 With the continuous progress of society, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China has been very rapid in recent years. Now it has become an important source of strength for promoting good, rapid and continuous development of the economy in all regions of China. However, due to the imperfect internal management of SMEs, in the current period of rapid development,China's SMEs need to face more severe challenges in order to develop and grow. Through research and investigation, this paper has learned some data reports of human resources management in China's SMEs, analyzes the problems and causes of SMEs' performance management,and puts forward some targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
