摘要
最近阶段,有关技能专家工作室的建设工作开始引起愈来愈多企业领导的关注,主要原因就是这样可以保证基于企业需求开展一系列的科学技术创新活动,确保充分消除以往生产技术挑战困境的基础上,加快企业产业升级进度、培养出更多技能骨干力量,为企业可持续竞争与发展提供可靠的支持条件。在此类背景下,笔者将针对企业技能专家工作室的主要作用、该类工作室规范体制的建设要求,以及日后合理发挥其作用的措施等内容,进行有序地论证解析,希望能够引起有关管理主体的重视。
In the recent stage, the construction of relevant skills expert studios has begun to attract more and more attention from business leaders. The main reason is that this can ensure a series of scientific and technological innovation activities based on the needs of enterprises to ensure that the previous production technology challenges are fully eliminated. On the basis of this, we will accelerate the progress of industrial upgrading and cultivate more backbones of skills to provide reliable support for sustainable competition and development. In this kind of context, the author will conduct an orderly argumentation analysis on the main role of the enterprise skill expert studio, the construction requirements of the studio＇s normative system, and the measures to play its role in the future, hoping to cause attention of relevant managers.
