在科学技术不断发展和完善下,工程施工技术和工艺不断推陈出新,盾构设备作为一种隧道全断面施工专用设备,从引进国外产品到自行研制,国产设备逐渐成为地铁施工的中坚力量,可以打造更加前沿的盾构设备。但是,在具体施工中,盾构设备的应用环境较为复杂,发生了不同程度上的变化,加强盾构设备管理成为一项重要内容,直接关乎到隧道工程施工安全和质量。本文就盾构设备管理进行分析,立足于实际情况,寻求合理对策予以实践以求进一步完善盾构设备管理工作。

Under the continuous development and improvement of science and technology, engineering construction technology is constantly being updated. Shield equipment is used as a special equipment for tunnel full-section construction. From the introduction of foreign products to self-development, China＇s domestic equipment has gradually become the backbone of subway construction, and can create more cutting-edge shield equipment. However, in the specific construction, the application environment of shield equipment is more complicated, and changes have been made to varying degrees. Strengthening the management of shield equipment has become an important content, which is directly related to the safety and quality of tunnel construction. This paper analyzes the management of shield equipment,based on the actual situation, and seeks reasonable countermeasures to practice in order to further improve the management of shield equipment.
