摘要
针对传统的加注系统静态检测方法难以实现动态监控的问题,研究了加注系统状态信息获取方法,提出了稳态与瞬态特征相融合的高压气动球阀开闭性能检测与评价方法。通过位移传感器和压力传感器测取二位五通阀和高压气动球阀的动态信号,试验结果表明,各参数可有效反映加注系统的工作状态变化,能够为发射场故障检测及发射保障提供有力的支持。
Aiming at the problem that traditional static detection method of fuel supply system is difficult to realize dynamic monitoring,a state information acquisition method of fuel supply system was studied, and a testing and evaluating method of switching performance of high pressure pneumatic ball valve was proposed, which was combined with steady and transient characteristics. Dynamic signals of two bit five through valve and high pressure pneumatic ball valve were measured by displacement sensor and pressure sensor. Testing results show that the parameters can effectively reflect the change of working state of fuel supply system, which can provide strong support for fault detection and launch support of launch site.
