摘要 本文主要对太原市北中环市政管线下穿石太铁路和石太客专时的构造物结构选择、涵洞布置、线路加固方案及施工过程控制做了介绍。为了减少对客专铁路行车运营影响,在铁路线路加固中,采取小截面的H型钢对线路进行加固,单根重量小,也利于人工操作,减少扰动枕木下的道砟。采用泥水平衡法顶管技术的方式顶进,通过泥浆来平衡顶进时土压力,避免因土压力过大造成路基隆起或土压力过小造成路基塌陷,且可以通过泥浆将土置换出来。经过实践证明,在高水位下,市政管道穿越客专铁路采用泥水平衡顶管施工,可以满足客专列车对线路沉降和稳定的要求,保证行车安全。 This paper mainly introduces the structure selection, culvert layout, line reinforcement scheme and construction process control of Beizhonghuan municipal pipeline crossing Shitai Railway and Shitai Passenger Line. In order to reduce the impact on the passenger railway operation, in the reinforcement of the railway line, the H-shaped steel with small cross-section is used to reinforce the line, and the single weight is small, which is also beneficial to manual operation and reduces the ballast under the disturbing sleeper. The mud-water balance method is used to jack-up, and the mud is used to balance the earth pressure during jacking, to avoid the roadbed collapse caused by excessive road pressure or soil pressure caused by excessive earth pressure, and the soil can be replaced by mud. It has been proved by practice that under the high water level, when the municipal pipeline crossing the passenger railway, the mud-water balance pipe jacking construction can meet the requirements of the passenger trains for the settlement and stability of the line and ensure the safety of driving.
