摘要
铸造工艺是工业生产领域的重要工序,对于必不可免产生的质量缺陷,企业往往只是单纯地检验并回收,缺乏合理且规范的管理方法。本文以铸造缺陷问题为研究对象,运用CAPD和SDCA循环结合的方法进行改善和规范,并以离心铸造为例,加以应用研究,可以优化改善过程。
Casting process is an important process in the field of industrial production. For the quality defects that must not be avoided,the enterprises are often only tested and recycled, and there is no reasonable and standard management method. This paper takes the casting defects as the object of study, uses CAPD and SDCA cycle method to improve and standardize, and takes centrifugal casting as an example,and applies it to optimize the improvement process.
