摘要
随着CAD技术应用的不断深入,虚拟仿真设计应用越来越广泛,文章运用动力学仿真软ADAMS实现了活塞式压缩机传动系统的仿真设计,研究了V型活塞式压缩机的平衡问题。通过该研究,一方面,可以减少针对压缩机惯性力的计算,缩短活塞式压缩机平衡设计周期;另一方面,可以得到更优化的活塞式压缩机平衡的设计结果,对于减小压缩机的振动有一定的应用价值。
With the continuous deepening of the application of CAD technology,virtual simulation design is more and more widely used.In this paper,the dynamic simulation ADAMS software was used to realize the simulation design of the piston compressor transmission system, and the balance problem of the V-type piston compressor was studied.Through this research, on the one hand, the calculation of the inertial force of the compressor can be reduced ,and the balance design period of the piston compressor can be shortened; on the other hand, a more balanced design result of the piston compressor can be obtained, which has certain application value to reduce the vibration of the compressor.
