摘要 近年来,随着经济水平的不断提升,人们生活水平不断提升,人们更加关注食品的质量和安全。食品生产质量管理中的食品安全,是最基础的环节之一,如何在根本上控制食品的质量安全,就需要在食品的生产环节中做好管理工作。基于此,文章主要研究食品在生产环节的管理工作,进而在生产这一基础环节做好监理,保证食品的安全。 In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the economic level,people's living standards have been continuously improved and people are paying more attention to food quality and safety.The food safety in food production quality management is one of the most basic aspects.It is necessary to fundamentally control the quality and safety of food ,and it is necessary to do a good job of management in the production of food products.Based on this, this article mainly studied the management of food in the production link,and then in the production of this basic link to do a good job supervision to ensure the safety of food.
