地方特色小吃无序化发展的规制措施研究

Study on the Regulation Measures for the Disordered Development of Local Specialty Snacks

近年来,地方特色小吃受到消费者的热捧,人们在品味特色小吃的过程中,也感受着各地独特的饮食文化。然而特色小吃欣欣向荣发展的同时,也无法掩盖其现存的诸多问题,例如品牌意识欠缺、制作标准混乱、经营模式单一、资金缺口等。面对地方特色小吃无序化发展的问题,亟需从制定品牌保护相关法律法规、建立行业协会、政府扶持等层面予以解决。

In recent years, local specialty snacks have been highly praised by consumers. People are feeling theunique food culture in different places when tasting them. However, it can not cover up many existing problemssuch as lack of brand awareness, standardization of production, single business model, and funding shortfalls while thedevelopment of local specialty snacks is flourishing. At the same time, this paper believes that it is imperative toregulate it from the legal aspect in the face of the disorderly development of local specialty snacks.
