随着计算机和网络技术的发展,数字音乐产业迅速繁荣起来,但是频频发生的盗版侵权纠纷,客观上损害了作者的创作热情,进而阻碍了整个行业的发展。数字音乐版权保护的问题亟待解决。延伸性集体管理制度的引入可以满足数字音乐作品海量授权、集体维权的需要,保护为数众多的非会员著作权人作品、孤儿作品和外国作品的利益。

With the development of computer and network technology, the digital music industry has prosperedrapidly, but the frequent infringement of piracy disputes objectively damaged the author＇s enthusiasm for creationand hindered the development of the industry as a whole. The problem of digital music copyright protection hasbeen very severe. It is urgent to solve. The introduction of extended collective management system plays a veryimportant role in solving the existing problems, which must arouse enough attention from all walks of life.
