校企合作背景下高职汽车专业人才培养的创新模式

The Innovative Mode of Training Professional Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation

以柳州职业技术学院与东风柳州汽车有限公司深度合作为例,依托校企双方共建的"风行汽车培训中心",实施"校内风行培训中心+校外风行4S店"校企合作模式。通过构建基于职业能力的订单班课程体系、引入"风行汽车"维修资质认证开展职业能力测评、依托"风行培训中心"促进双师队伍建设等途径,实现高职汽车专业人才培养模式的改革。

This paper takes the in-depth cooperation between liuzhou vocational ＆ technical college and DongfengLiuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. as an example, introduces jointly building the ＂ Fengxin Automobile TrainingCenter＂ as the platform toimplement the school-enterprise cooperation mode of ＂ in-school training center＋off-campus 4S shop＂ .
