就业导向下的高校课程体系研究--基于大学生感知视角

Research on the college curriculum system under employability guidance from the perspective of college students' perception

根据现有研究成果,把高校课程体系划分为专业课程、公共基础课程、专业实践课程以及就业创业指导课程,并从大学生感知的视角出发,设计调查问卷,运用皮尔森相关系数分析和回归模型检验高校课程体系不同结构对大学生就业机会的相关性及影响程度。研究结果表明:课程体系中的就业创业指导、专业实践课程以及专业课程均对大学生就业起到了促进作用,并存在"就业创业指导课程>专业实践课程>专业课程"这一按照影响程度的排序结果,而公共基础课程对大学生就业的影响并不显著。在此基础上,提出完善高校课程体系的对策建议,为建立健全高校教育课程体系、提升大学生的就业能力提供借鉴,也是落实十九大报告"实现更高质量和更充分就业"要求的有效途径。

Based on the current research, this paper divides the university curriculum system into specialized courses, general foundation courses, professional practice courses, employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses. Then, from the perspective of college students ＇ perception, this paper designs questionnaires and analyzes the con＇elation and influence of different structures of university curriculum system on college students＇ employment opportunity by using Pearson correlation coefficient and regression modeh The results show that employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses, professional practice courses and specialized courses in the curriculum system have active effect on the employability of college students, while general foundation courses has no significant effect, according to their influence degree, namely employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses 〉 professional practice courses 〉 professional courses. Based on this, the paper puts forward suggestions for improving the university cmwiculum system, which provides reference for establishing a sound college education curriculum system and for further improving the employability of college students, and is also an effective way to achieve college students＇ employment of better quality and more adequacy which is put forward in Reports of 19th CPC National Congress.
