高校知识产权本科人才培养的路径探寻——以知识产权服务业需求为导向

Exploration on the cultivation path to the undergraduate of intellectual property in colleges:Oriented to the demand of intellectual property service industry

知识产权服务业的蓬勃发展为本科人才提供了广阔的市场需求,但目前高校人才培育体系中存在的诸多问题,使其难以提供"有效供给"。人才市场供需部分错位,出现"相对过剩"状况。针对知识产权本科人才与市场需求难以契合的状况,提出以"复合型"为主的教育理念和培养方式,完善以"应用性"为主的课程设置与教学方法,深入探寻本科人才培养的改革之道。

At present, the vigorous development of the intellectual property service industry created a broad market demand for intellectual property personnels. However, many problems existing in the talents- cultivation system have made it difficult to provide “effective supply”. The partial misplacement between supply and demand in the talent marke has resulted in a “relative surpolus”. In view of the mis-match the author has proposed that the ＂nmhi-discipline＂-oriented education philosophy and cultivation mode, and the “application- oriented” curriculum and teaching methods, so as to explore the path of undergraduate talent cultivation.
