后真相时代网络舆情演变特点及其引导策略研究

Under the influence of thine aspects of communication technology, social environment, and netizen＇ psychology, the contemporary Chinese network communication is characterized by “post-truth”. The effect of emotions and tendencies of netizen on the spread of events far exceed the impact of the truth of events. In the post-truth era, the internet public opinion is evolving with new features. Accurately grasping the sensitive source of the internet public opinion, grasping the changes of inclinations and emotions of netizen, properly dealing with the relationship between timeliness and truthfulness of public opinion guidance, and effectively grasping the expression characteristics of netizen, all are effective strategies for guiding internet public opinion in the post-truth era.
