摘要
针对冀东矿区铁矿石中较高的含硫量以及特殊的磁黄铁矿赋存形式,基于浮选降硫脱除铁精矿中的磁黄铁矿处理工艺,对包括粒级分布、原矿磨矿细度、铁物相等因素在内的铁精矿主要物理化学性质进行分析。在此基础上开展原铁精矿不磨矿直接浮选试验,对影响浮选结果的p H值(硫酸含量)和活化剂(草酸、硫酸铜、硅酸钠等)用量展开系统研究。试验结果表明:p H=5.5时,即硫酸总量为560 g/t时脱硫效果最好。硫酸铜可作为脱硫浮选的最佳活化剂,硫酸铜总量为150g/t时,脱硫效果较好。
Abstract:For high sulfur content in iron ore and a special foml of pylwhotite occmTence in Jidong mining area, we have based on the pyrrhotite flotation reduced sulfur removal iron concentrate treatment process. The thesis will make an analysis of the main physical and chemical properties of iron ore concentrate, factors, including the graded distribution, undressed ore grinding fineness. On this basis, we carry out the original iron concentrate direct flotation test, but not grinding. And then, we make a systematic study on affecting the flotation results of PH value ( sulfuric acid) and dosage of activator (oxalic acid, copper sulfate, sodium silicate, etc. ). The results show that desulfurization effect is best when the pH = 5.5 and the total sulfate is for 560 g/t. The copper sulfate can be used as the best activator for flotation desulfurization, and the desulfurization effect is best when the total copper sulfate is 150 g/t.
