异丙醇铝包覆镍钴锰酸锂三元材料实验研究

摘要 通过实验探究异丙醇铝包覆镍钴锰酸锂三元材料对镍钴锰酸锂三元材料微观组织与性能的影响。并且通过TD、压实密度、粒度分布、可溶锂含量测试、电学性能测试等分析手段对合成的523镍钴锰酸锂的各种性能进行分析研究,通过对实验数据进行对比和分析可以得出:在实验中添加异丙醇铝(C_9H_(21)Al O_3)的包覆量为0.5%、烧结温度700℃、且时间为8 h的条件下,材料性能得到了进一步的提升。包覆过后的三元材料相关性能指标为:平均粒度为13.5μm、1.0 C容量达到156.2 m A·h/g,充放电50次后电池的容量保持率为99.03%。 The effect of isopropanol alunfinum coating on microstructre and properties of lithium Ni-cobalt manganate in ternary materials was investigated. Through TD and compaction density, particle size distribution, soluble analytical means such as lithium content test, we can obtain electrical pefforeance test on synthesis of 523 various perforeance of nickel cobalt manganese acid lithium in kinds of analysis lesearch. In the study of the comparison and analysis of experimental data, all of these can be concluded that isopropyl alcohol is added in the experiment (C9H2,A103 ) coated alunfinum content which is 0.5%. With sintering temperatre of 700℃, we know about the time of 8 hunder the condition of material perfomlance which has further improvement. The related perfomlance indexes of coated ternary materials are thin the average particle size is 13.5 degrees Celsius m with the capacity of 1.0 C to 156.2 mA.Ir/g. The capacity retention rate of the batter7- after 50 charging and discharging times is 99.03%.
