上海地区汉族健康成年人唾液微生物菌群结构分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究健康成年人唾液微生物群落结构。方法采集37名健康的上海地区常驻汉族居民的非刺激唾液,利用Illumina Hisep测序平台对微生物16S rDNA的V3~V4高度可变区扩增产物进行测序,分析唾液微生物的群落结构。结果共获得1 329 271条优质序列,平均每个样本为(35 926.24±4 718.069)条,这些序列可归为110个属,12个门。其中有5个优势菌门(97.54%),以及12个核心菌属(79.71%)。男性与女性两组之间的生物多样性指数及主成分分析等差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对上海地区汉族健康成年人口腔唾液微生物群落结构的分析,为进一步研究人类口腔唾液微生物群落结构提供了基础资料,且为口腔疾病的防治及诊断提供了参考。 Objective To analyze salivary microbial community structure in healthy Han adults inShanghai. Methods In this study, unstimulated saliva samples were collected from 37 orally healthy HanChinese living in Shanghai. The Illumina Hisep sequencing platform was employed to sequence the 16SrDNA V3.V4 hypervariable regions for analysis of salivary bacterial profiles. Results A total of1 329 271 high quality sequences were obtained belonging to 110 genera from 12 bacterial phyla in thisstudy, with an average of (35 926. 24 ± 4 718. 069) for each sample. We found 5 dominant phyla(97. 54%),and 12 core genera(79. 71%). Besides, there was no difference in the diversity index andPCoA analysis between males and females. Conclusion The microbial community structure in salivafrom orally healthy Han Chinese living in Shanghai has been analyzed, which provides certain referencefor future study and new ideas for the prevention and diagnosis of oral diseases.
