安徽省城乡接合部社区体育文化公共服务体系建设研究

Research on the Construction of Community Sports Culture Public Service System in Anhui Province's Urban-RuralFringe

采取问卷调查法等,对安徽省安庆市、合肥市、芜湖市三地经济技术开发区共6个城乡接合部社区体育文化公共服务体系进行调查探究;重要结论:安徽省城乡接合部社区体育文化公共服务体系的建设是其新型城镇化过程中构建社区体育公共服务体系的关键,是改善社区住民体质康健的首要办法;安徽省城乡接合部社区体育文化公共服务体系建设须坚持有序发展、监管中引入问责制及加强与周边高校的合作是新型城镇化进程中构建全民健身公共服务体系的重要前提和保障;建议:安徽省城乡接合部社区规划中要有构建社区体育文化的详细内容;增大用于城乡接合部社区体育文化公共服务的拨款比例;加强社会体育指导员的培育;优化配置城乡接合部社区体育文化资源。

By using the method of questionnaire,this paper investigates and probes into the community sports culture public service system of six urban-rural fringe areas in Anqing,Hefei and Wuhu economic and technological development zones in Anhui province.Important conclusions：the construction of community sports culture public service system in the urban-rural fringe area of Anhui province is the key to the construction of community sports public service system in the process of new urbanization,and the first way to improve the physical fitness and health of community residents.The construction of community sports culture public service system in the urban-rural fringe areas of Anhui province should adhere to orderly development,introduce accountability in supervision and strengthen cooperation with surrounding universities,which is an important prerequisite and guarantee for the construction of national fitness public service system in the process of new urbanization.Suggestions：detailed contents of building community sports culture should be included in the community planning of Anhui urban-rural fringe department;increasing the proportion of funds allocated for community sports and cultural public services in urban-rural fringe areas;strengthening the cultivation of social sports instructors;optimizing and adjusting community sports cultural resources in urban-rural integration areas.
