摘要
以减轻铰链制造中冲压和弯曲复合模具的载荷,提高模具寿命为目标,将传统铰链弯曲模具和冲压模具结合并采用斜楔滑块结构,解决了在冲压模具中进行弯曲的问题,开发了一套新的冲压弯曲复合级进模具。通过对其进行三维动态仿真,完成了干涉性检查,优化了模具的整体结构,又利用ANSYS Workbench软件对模具进行分析,并取得了合理的结果,该设计方法使这套模具的设计更加科学性和准确性。为其他模具的设计与分析提供参考。
In order to reduce load of the stamping and bending composite die in the hinge manufacture,and to improve service life of the die,a new set of curved composite die stamping is developed in this paper,which merges the traditional hinge bending molds with the stamping dies together,and adopts wedge block structure to solve the bending problem in stamping die.The interference checking for die is completed and its massive structure is optimized through the three-dimensional dynamic simulation. The mould is analyzed by using the ANSYS Workbench software,and the reasonable results are obtained. The design method is more scientific and accurate for the mould,and it would provide a reference for design and analysis of the other moulds.
