摘要
以典型外圆车刀为例,在Pro/E5.0中根据其尺寸进行三维建模,由相关文献对刀具的受力进行分析,通过软件固有的Mechanical模块对的车刀进行有限元静态分析及灵敏度分析,得出车刀的前角对强度的相关性,对刀具的设计有一定的参考意义。
In this paper,taking a typical cylindrical turning tool as an example,3 D modeling for the tool is conducted according to its size in the Pro/E5.0,and the force of the tool is analyzed through the relevant literature. The finite element static analysis and sensitivity analysis on the tool are also carried out through the software inherent Mechanical module,thus to figure out the correlation between the front rake angle of the tool with the strength. It has certain reference significance for tool design.
