Φ20 m剧场圆形升降台设计研究

摘要 设计了一种大尺寸圆形升降台设计,采用了中心驱动多支点刚性链顶升的传动方式,升降架体、驱动机构、导向机构和控制系统简单统一,避免了划分成多分块小升降台来进行同步控制升降,多导向、多驱动所带来的成本高、控制系统复杂以及多分块台面之间有缝隙的问题。设备安装及运行结果表明,该传动方案和结构设计简单效率高,成本低、运行可靠。 The design of a large-sized circular lifting platform adopts a central drive multi pivot rigid chain lifting overhead transmission method. The lifting frame body,the driving mechanism,the guiding mechanism and the control system are simple and unified. It avoids the division into the multi-block small lifting platform for synchronous control and lifting,and the high cost of multi-guide and multi-drive. The control system is complex and there are gaps between multi-block tables. The equipment installation and operation results show that the transmission scheme and structural design are simple,efficient,low cost and reliable.
