摘要
为提高货物搬运工作效率,设计一种新型基点式自动搬运装置。用机器实现自动化定点货物搬运,从而节省了人力、物力、财力,加速了货物搬运运程。此装置设计主要有双剪式支臂结构、全方位移动行走系统、无线定位系统的设计等方面。此装置能够显著提高货物搬运的工作效率,符合现代工作理念。
In order to improve the efficiency of cargo handling,a new type of point-based automatic handling device is designed in this paper. The automatic fixed-point cargo handling by machines could save manpower,material resources,and financial resources,and could speed up the cargo handling. Design of this device mainly includes the double shear arm structure,the omni-directional mobile walking system,wireless positioning system,etc. The device can significantly improve the work efficiency of cargo handling and meet the modern working concept.
