基于Pro/E的660 MW气缸模型建模优化设计

摘要 通过对660 MW汽轮机模样进行Pro/E建模、参数设计和仿真,将参数优化用于整个产品的设计过程。完成模样主体和内部结构仿真,完成模样芯盒进气管加工和模样结构拼装。本方案建模中使用自硬树脂砂,其砂芯强度高,变形小,浇注的铸件尺寸精度高,表面光滑,对其它大型气缸模具设计有一定的推广应用价值。 Through the Pro/E modeling,parameter design and simulation to the 660 MW steam turbine,the parameter optimization is used throughout the whole product design process to complete the simulation for the main body and the internal structure,and to complete the shape of core box inlet pipe processing and appearance structure assembly. The self-hardening resin sand is used in this scheme for its sand core strength is high and deformation is small,and its pouring casting has high accurate dimension and smooth surface. Thus it has certain popularization application value to the other large cylinder mold design.
