摘要
对Φ50 mm的钢棒进行超声波C扫描检测,包括了适用的范围、检测的方法原理、设备检测参数的选取和调整及缺陷检测结果的评定与分析。根据锻轧钢棒超声检测方法的国家标准,针对直径范围为30~60 mm的钢棒材,实现超声C扫描检测,从而保证了钢棒材产品质量检测结果的数字化和可视性。
Ultrasonic C-scan to the Φ50 mm steel rod was performed in this paper,including the applicable scope,method principle of detection,selection and adjustment of equipment inspection parameters,and evaluation and analysis of the defect detection results. According to the national standard of ultrasonic testing method of forged and rolled steel rod,the ultrasonic C scanning is realized for steel rods with the diameter range of 30 ~ 60 mm,which ensures the digitalization and visibility of the product quality inspection result of steel rods.
