摘要
以某矿购置的ZYWL-4000D煤矿用履带式全液压定向钻机施工试验为探讨背景,通过钻孔施工方案实施,解决了钻机、测量系统及钻杆断裂问题,验证了该定向钻进装备的性能特征,总结了施工方案要点,满足了本矿应用需求,为同行业提供借鉴参考。
Based on the construction test of the ZYWL-4000 D caterpillar full-hydraulic directional drilling rig for coal mine in a mine,problems of the drilling machine,the measuring system and the drilling rod fracture are solved through the drilling construction. The scheme implements the directional drilling equipment and construction technology for the application of the mine,and provides reference for the same industry.
