摘要
针对混合动力铰接式自卸车传动性能优化的问题,分析了电动轮车辆各工况下的功率流向。根据控制原理,研究各动力设备的控制方法以及提高系统效率的控制策略,在试验台上进行试验验证。结果表明,基于所提出的控制策略,交流电传动系统运行稳定,低速带载能力强,启动转矩大、效率高于传统机械传动车辆的动力系统,并具有很大的提升空间。
In order to optimize the transmission performance of hybrid articulated dump truck,the power flow of electric wheel vehicles under various working conditions is analyzed in this paper. According to the control principle,control methods of each power device and the control strategy to improve the system efficiency are studied,and tests are carried out on the test platform. The results show that based on the control strategy proposed in this paper,the AC transmission system is stable,the low-speed belt load ability is strong,and efficiency of the power system with large starting torque is higher than that of the traditional mechanical transmission vehicles,and it also has great room for improvement.
