In this paper,the overall arrangement of the belt conveyor equipment is analyzed,problems existing in the braking device of the belt conveyer equipment are pointed out,and the braking device of the belt conveyer equipment is redesigned.After the optimization,it ensures that the belt conveyer will not have the problem of speed loss,and provides a reliable guarantee for safe and stable operation of the belt conveyer equipment.
