Design of Overhead Passenger Device Protection Scheme

基于轮边制动装置基础,分析了架空乘人装置面临的安全问题,设计了保护装置的制动闸块结构以及执行机构,设计了与之配套应用的液压系统,经过现场的调试运行达到了设计要求,保护装置性能良好,运行稳定可靠。

The security problem of the overhead passenger device is analyzed based on the wheel edge brake system,and the braking block structure and the actuating mechanism of the protective device are designed in this paper,as well as the supporting hydraulic system. After the debugging and operation of the field,it is shown that the designed protective device has good performance,and the operation is stable and reliable.
